We have lived in the Southern Colorado region off and on since 1995, permanently calling it our home in 2013.
March 5th 2022, exactly a month after we brought home Lizzy. We went to an adoption event in Florence Colorado. There we adopted 2 yearling fillies Nigella and Salvaje from the Sand Wash Basin in Colorado.
Between our three girls and the lifelong friends we made that day, our lives were changed and we made the decision to get involved.
There are many ways to get involved with Legends & Legacies Wild Horse Ranch , from volunteering and donating to attending our events and spreading the word. Join our community today to make a difference.

We are excited to announce the purchase of 51 acres. With a little help from our supporters. We hope to be moving all our operations by spring of 2025. Join us in building a ranch tailored to the mustangs and their adopter.
